Well Bob,
   So is doing an album, especially if you are in a band and have
producers. A few of her projects were not her own, much to her dismay. Dog
Eat Dog, for one. Even though she has been self-sufficient, motivated and
actualizing, I can't imagine that she got these projects finished overnight. 
  Also, she had to write her own material. So in the 70's she was a
songwriting machine, whipping out a project almost every year for 10 years.
Now the songwriting had slowed down in the 80's and 90's and we had to wait
THREE WHOLE YEARS between projects to be graced with her voice and imagery.
   I bet a film could have been made in the time frame that she did an album.
