Yes!  Mags' mention about Winnipeg - I always feel chastened by the
Canadians ;-)  I recall a friend who spent a winter working in Banff,
Alberta who and said her tear ducts, nose and mouth would freeze the moment
she walked out the door.

Wally's mention of Patagonia - I always figured if there are penguins
around - we are talking serious cold!

I heard a CNN report yesterday that Spain is getting snow everywhere
including on the beaches!  Mike in Barcelona may well be having a "White
Birthday" weekend. ;-)
