it still made me laugh bob! I love spinach-do it like this:

heat some butter. add garlic and corriander and cumin and tumeric and chilli(or
not). When bubbly, add the spinach and cook till spinach has broken down.(ydo you
evr come across that just doesn't look like it is pealt right but is? like
Spinach?)
