Debra, you're obviously a city girl (NYC?) and probably didn't realise that
stables are for horses, cowsheds are for, well, cows, and sheep are more free
ranging animals and can be found all over the hills. Can you imagine the kick
a horse could give you with its hind legs? And besides, their legs are too
thick to fit inside your wellies. Sheep are the soft option, as it were. I'll
try to remember a wonderful joke about a travelling salesman who sells animal
food. Too near to lunchtime to write it down right now. Later.
