Kate, I respect your point. My original point did have to do specifically with Chomsky. I'm sorry that I had such a strong reaction to him and Mike's post. Chomsky was someone I read right after 9/11 whose words hurt me in the worst way. I hope you can cut me some slack on this one and try to bear with my original context in which I wrote.
