And again, a big thanks to this community for being what it is. WARNING: PERSONAL AND MEDICAL CONTENT I'm going in to Dana-Farber for what could be one of those milestone appointments this afternoon. I forget what I've told the list about my progress. Quickly, I had surgery to remove one tumor (same exact location as the previous one) in September. I was pain-free for months. My tumor marker number has been low normal (which is fantastic!) I'm undergoing treatment with an experimental cancer vaccine. This is the second Phase I clinical trial I'm in. I'm the first and only human being to receive both this and the previous vaccine treatment. Sadly, I've been experiencing pain the last week or so. Fortunately, there is another clinical trial following the one I'm currently in. It's shown real promise with the patients in it. In order to qualify, I have to be able to prove that I have active tumor. The CT scans and tumor markers so far show no tumor, but my body has started to say otherwise. We'll see...
