There is no question that he had sex with a thirteen year old girl, who was under the influence of something. And he wasn't a horny teenager, a couple of years older - he was a man in his mid-40s. Isn't that a pretty serious crime? And what are you trying to say by mentioning her supposed "lack of innocence" - Does that mean she must have been gagging for it?
