D'oh, haven't seen that tip on the Plugins page. I've uploaded the .jar to an http address: http://tilusnet.com/osm/josm/dev/alignways/alignways.jar. It already appears on the Plugin <http://josm.openstreetmap.de/wiki/Plugins>page as well. I'm sure you'll let me know if you have suggestions about the plugin. Enjoy.
