JUST checked the metadata.js version I got earlier today from: http://www.malsup.com/jquery/media/replace.html
against version 1.0 of metadata and it's almost identical except for about 4 differences. There's a lot of differences between the version of metadata that works with the replace code AND my markup....and version 2... so, this version of metadata that works is 'close' to being a version 1.0 though it's not... I wouldn't be thinking to figure this out as much as I am IF I was running on IE6 and IE7... any thought on this anyone? all good fun of course! :---)
