my problem is solved! thank you for your valuable suggestions.
here is whatI have done:
at first, I have inserted an audio track. then, I have navigated to the 
effects bin which was empty. then, I hit the the application key and 
choose soft synth sub menu followed by enter on rapture.
now an effect called "rapture" is inserted. though, there was no sound. 
I have checked the input and output and have seen that, the input is set 
to none! I tried to find the yamaha input but that was not there. now, I 
have inserted a new midi track and route the input to my yamaha keyboard 
and output to that audio track, where I have inserted the rapture efect 
before. oho! I can here the sound! I am writing this process in detail 
because, it may help some beginner user like me in future.
