No, I followed the "Really simple installation" from
JSPWiki-2.9.1-incubating-4-bin.zip\JSPWiki-bin\README
I think the Wiki should run out of the box without having to mess with
container setup. Maybe the <page-encoding> entry in web.xml would work ..
