Thanks, Juergen (and for Janne for proposing the simple solution), I went with 
the useStream=true solution as it still results in the Selenium tests passing.  
I'm unsure whether WikiJSPFilter can indeed be written so it will work on all 
app servers (it would take me a while before I could possibly get to this), but 
we'll have your patch as a starting point if we go that route.
