The last change in history to the org.openjump.core.ui.plugin.layer folder was:
* Integrated the new Open File, Project and Recent plug-ins and reorganized the File Menu * Added a maven build script but the affected path was for org.openjump.util.UriUtil.java! That doesn't make any sense. How would putting a file in org.openjump.util wipe out my plugins in the org.openjump.core.ui.plugin.layer folder?
