A simple PlugIn empties OpenJUMPs MenuBar and then creates the menues using
the YAML file.

 Why did you put load image or load datastore in Edit/Selection menu ?

Load Image is in Edit/Load Layer menu.

Edit > Selection > Replicate Selected Items
Edit > Selection > Select All Modified Items
Edit > Selection > Select by Geometry Type
Edit > Load Layer > Load Image Layer...
Edit > Load Layer > Load Datastore Layer...

Some menu entries are still missing in the configuration file. E.g. menu
points for categories, cut/copy/paste layers, layer properties

The toolbar entries are split the same as the menubar into File, Edit,
View, Layer and Window (see:
https://gist.github.com/4117207#file_toolbar_default.yml). I also removed
the cursor tools from the toolbar and put them into a new toolbar.
