[Actually we should not remove the LoadDataset code due to keep

org.openjump.OpenJumpConfiguration look at the
postExtensionInitialization method, this loads any data sources
registered with the old DataSourceQueryChooserManager and sets the
option for the GML plug-in.
Michael, Stefan and Landon can you do a quick test to make sure it works
on another environment than mine.
