Here are some questions that might get some chatter going...   How many people are actively using Cold Fusion in their jobs? What companies in KC use Cold Fusion? What kind of a project are you currently involved in?  Are you involved in multiple projects at the same time? Are CF jobs usually temp/contract work or are the jobs full time/full benefits kind of work? How did you learn CF?
