DESCRIPTION
"Meta" is windows key, "Control" is "Ctrl" key
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set Meta+Control as keyboard shortcut for "System Tray" "Activate widget as
if clicked"
2. hold down Control
3. hold down Meta
4. release Meta
OBSERVED RESULT
nothing happened
EXPECTED RESULT
system tray opened when Meta released

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Meta+Control is not the only not working shortcut, Meta+Alt also not working
but Meta+Alt+Y works (hold down Meta, hold down Alt, hold down Y, system tray
opened without releasing any key)
maybe it's shortcuts that used to work on key release that no longer work
