Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better.

It looks like you've only recently installed 18.04.3, and are still
running 18.04.3 thus haven't used ubuntu-release-upgrader to move to a
later supported release; thus I'm marking this invalid (I've linked your
issue to 'linux' for now or kernel related). Because of the wrongly
tagged package; you'll likely need to run `apport-collect 1848980` I
suspect to gain detailed information, as the information filed was not
kernel related, but details about your 18.04.3 to (??) due to package
selected.

You can run `apport-collect 1848980` now (please do it only once), or I
'bot' will likely ask for it anyway.

While manually or by closing the lid the system apparently completes the
suspend process.
   cat /sys/power/mem_sleep
  [s2idle] deep

and the power button start flashing.
when I tried to wake it up it never starts over again. It just shows a prompt
at the upper left, after about 3 minutes shows the graphical interface asking
for login password and after login in nothing works.
I have to manually reset by pushing the power button.
