OK, so barring new information on the renewals issue, we're down to the
following:
RM must decide how best to implement the necessary changes to the DB
(databaseupdate.pl v. atomicupdate), and reconcile the three places where we
have updates right now.
rollingloans.t should be pulled, since it's faulty, and will just break out
automated testing.
That's all the issues I'm aware of that aren't followup improvements. So, it
is with great pleasure, that I mark this development as Passed QA.
