And also with Google Chrome, or whatever web browser you're using, try
clearing the cache and cookies, that would help. In Chrome, go to settings >
More > Privacy > Content Settings > Cookies > All cookies and site data. Put
in text box just beside Remove all the domain name of your Koha site, then
click the site from the search result, then click X at the left side. Then
click Done. Sometimes clearing the cookies helps. Cheers!
