It's part time, so what if you are military?  I drove in CA for 10 years
on an Iowa license. :)

Also, what if you don't own a car?  :)   I know people who are car free
and bike/walk/public transportation everywhere.   Of course, they live
in Portland or NYC, but hey...    The only thing I can see with this job
would be trips to the datacenter, which would probably require a car to
do in a timely fashion.
