Heh. I've been in a discussion with someone who thinks that all this long-filename stuff is counter-productive -- 6.3 is a MUCH better constraint, according to them. I was guessing at Andy's homepage, and failing... it took some grepping of the password file to find his webpage (mostly because I didn't feel like dealing with the web-index). Still, it's a puzzling problem. I really doubt that there's no path from an indexed page to Andy's pages. Maybe they've been link-farmed by a spammer and blacklisted directly?
