We used to run our own servers at Akamai as well (Jabber back then). I'll take a look.
I have not researched or implemented a secure voice system that would be applicable here.
So far, I've struck out in my search. It seems what was, is no more. I'm tempted to write one. If the client really wants it, I can code it. The question is how bad do they want it?
