On F7 (YMMV:YourMenuMayVary): System > Peferences > Personal > Keyboard Shortcuts also runnable via gnome-keybinding-properties (so I guess this applies to gnome, only) Be a little careful in that program. It is easy to accidentally shoot yourself in the foot, and I don't know an easy way to recover.
