Peter Just use Hoop pine 3mm plywood it's stronger than most and is approved in Australia by the Feds!!! There is two brands suitable for our use, one is Boral and the name of the other escapes me at the moment. Which ever you use it has to be A/A quality(grade) and structural bond (marine ply) and at about $80 aud for an 8' x 4' sheet it's a whole lot cheaper than all the other aicraft grade products!!!!!!!!!
