Mar-Hyde makes Mar-Hyde.  You can find it at www.mar-hyde.com or go to
www.google.com  and key in "mar-hyde" and you'll 65,000 hits with
information on it, and places to buy it.  I got it at the DuPont automotive
paint store.

I would assume that any urethane or epoxy primer would work well against
moisture, but I would try to choose one that is in the same family of
products that you intend to use to paint it with.  The DuPont guys
recommended this stuff.  I used Dupont's epoxy primer under the Imron on my
Karmann Ghia, and the stuff is not only waterproof, but bulletproof...
