If you guys are talking about what I think you're talking about, it happens to most KRs. It'll look better in the summertime, worse in the winter, because the wings were constructed under "normal" temperatures (you can't do glass work in the winter), and winter isn't normal. The different thermal expansion of wood, glass, and foam is the culprit, but it'll look better next summer.
