Frank,
     It's obvious to me that she could care less about the company because 
of the way she treats people who contact her wanting technical advice, 
parts, plans, kits, etc.  I know you as well as I have seen the many 
messages of complaint about her failing to respond to customer requests.  I 
just can't figure out why she does not sell the company. It was some time 
back that she was made an offer by Mark Langford or by him and some partners 
which she refused.  Considering all that Mark has done for the KRNet to the 
benefit of builders all over the world, I am sure he is a first class guy 
who made her a generous offer and still he was turned down.
