Bill, I am reading in the message below that "at 100 mph and 1100 rpm this KR will not descend." I don't read all of the KR messages completely through so forgive me if you've already addressed this. Are you sure your tach is right? I can't fly mine at 1100 rpm and not descend. Also, on short final you should be pulling all of your power out, so check your idle rpm to ensure it isn't set too high.
