I've seen one KR-2 with both flaps and bellyboard. The bellyboard is spring loaded in the up position. It has "ears" that extend outboard of the fuselage just enough for the flaps to push it down when they are deployed. This is on N6GM. It's undergoing a little refurbishment at the moment and should be at the Gathering.
