Well in theory any intake leak will affect all cylinders since it disturbs the 
amount of vacuum.  Only a fuel injected engine would not notice very much.    
The only noise I hear now is when I turn it over by hand there is a loud SNAP 
every other rotation.  If I dropped a valve seat that SNAP is probably the 
piston hitting the valve.  More to come.
