VSC is the UNIX98 and UNIX03 standards conformance test suite I ran using
ksh93 (the older version, ksh93q; I have not yet run ksh93r).
There were about 80-90 new failures and 80 new cases of unresolved results.
VSC does test the standard shell (ksh) itself and also uses the standard
shell when running all of its tests.
I have not run SVVS.
