I believe most of the command builtins have interfaces in AT&T's libcmd.
If ksh93 is not using these command interfaces, I assume
they would not be accessible in libshell.  
Later we could look at introducing the command interfaces into ksh93, maybe
including replacing some of the existing Solaris versions of the commands
with the AT&T versions.  We want to avoid having two different
implementations of the same command.
