Sounds like a hardware malfunction, maybe dirty card slots for the DPT cards? Possibly the software is getting a little corrupt, the HD is getting tired? Has it been rebooted lately?

I have a TVS200 installed at a customer's place. Customer is complaining that when people are leaving messages, often the system drops them, so the VM user, when they check their voicemail, only hears a few seconds of the message.

Is this tweakable / fixable?

Also, has anyone ever tried configuring Asterisk as a voicemail box for a Panasonic KX-TD system?
