Carl,

Which of those 2 were the home DIY-ers buying off the net?

BTW, every business has a story like that. Ask my wife about the surgery =
she did on a lady, and when the insurance check arrives at the ladies =
house, she went to Disney World. =20

Literally.

Why do you expect the telephone industry to be different ? =20

Both of your examples appear to be places where *somebody else* did the =
install. A professional *somebody else*, selling their equipment at full =
price.  =20

Did you inquire why that *somebody else* wasn't doing the service that =
time ? Perhaps for nonpayment, per chance ?

IMHO, somebody looking to save bucks buying on the internet is a lower =
risk than somebody who obviously doesn't care about their finances. =
Lower than somebody who calls you to fix an old system when they already =
had a local business relationship with *somebody else*.

BTW, ever hear of Equifax ? Not very expensive, and I'll bet their rap =
sheet had more entries than Carter has little pills. If you get a =
deadbeat, report them. It's amazing how people want to pay you a year or =
two later to get the listing off their report.

Thanks,

Reddy
