Marc makes some good points here, but can you imagine the look you'd get from that car dealer if you brought your own oil, oil filter, sparkplugs, etc. and asked them to install them?...how about bringing a lobster into Red Lobster and asking them to prepare it for you?....... The market place IS changing...we need to educate the consumer a bit however.........THEY need to change their thinking as well.
