As it turns out, I had it setup pretty close - all I needed to do was to remove the delay at the VPS, the intercept routing was already correct. However, that brings up a shortcoming in the system - perhaps you or someone else has a way around it.
There is only one setting for the intercept timer. I'd like to be able to change it between day and night. Since all the business extensions are in Extension Group 1 which is, I think, Extension 191, that might be possible if there were a way to forward calls directed towards an extension group just as there is from a single extension. The goal here is to have the automated attendant take over at close of business without waiting for intercept rings to count down, or at least to shorten the number of intercept rings at night.
