I think the person who wrote that just had bad English. What they probably meant to say was "No language is selected in the proofreading section" or something like that but not even that would have been good English. It goes back to those debates we had before about QA on strings before they land with us...

First I thought same as Tom, that it means "proof reading".
Then I re-read sentence and it wasn't so clear after that.
If it's not "proof reading" that what does it stand for?
