Some fresh pork, but pork is mostly found in the form of bacon,
sausage, ham, and the like. Even pork tenderloin -- which used to
be *the* staple of lunch counters here in Indiana -- has become a
specialty item that one goes to another town to eat.
Can't you even buy a good old whole leg or a shoulder to roast yourself?????
Whilst Australia ought to be (and in fact is) self-sufficient in the
meat department, I know that a lot of our pork actually comes from Canada!
