If someone can learn lace by the "paint by number" method, like me, then why not. So many of those on Arachne are way more experienced with years and years of lace making behind them, maybe they are forgetting how difficult it was when they first started & how easy it would have been to have the color diagram. My two friends, who are teaching me, are doing just that for me & I better understand how the threads run. Please don't discount this especially for anyone learning something new! Sallie in Wyoming
