It's interesting to hear what everyone is working on just now, I'm working on pattern2 : handkerchief corner motif, from Introduction to Honiton Lace by Susanne Thompson. I've done the outline and once my head cold from hell has departed I'll start the fillings. I must say once I invested in a pair of reading glasses and jettisoned the vari focals & I could actually see what I was doing I started to enjoy myself. Oh for perfect eyesight. (is that the lacemaker's prayer?) I'm also finishing a cross stitch UFO of an Oriental Lady.
