I find it rather discouraging that the children are not interested in bobbin lace and the adults say it is "too tedious". Is there some way we could demonstrate bobbin lace that would not provoke the "tedious" response? Mind you, these people are attending a county fair, not a rave, or a convention for people with short attention spans. The IOLI has professed a desire to recruit more members, especially youngish ones. I suggest that we adopt the slogan, "Lace, it's not tedious". Devon
