Some time ago I was also searching for a local source of laminate film. I found a kind of film for sticking on windows (I never knew anybody did that!). If you look through all the pages on this site, you will find several solid colors. It is a U.S. source. I never bought any because a 49.5 foot roll is more than even a lifetime supply.
