We're approaching it right now with the intent of making Parrot the runtime for Perl. We're trying hard not to close doors for any other languages, but until such time as the leaders of other languages are actually *interested* in working with us, it didn't seem smart to distance the only language we *do* have on-board by writing them out of the picture.
