BCM4318 only works in 32bit kernel mode, in OpenSolaris build54+. You
can download the 32bit WinXP driver for BCM4318 at Solaris/NDIS page.
Please follow instructions on Solaris/NDIS page to make it work. Take it
easy, this XP driver has already been wrapped successfully for many HP
machines to support bcm4318/bcm4319/bcm4312/bcm4311 under 32bit solairs
kernel, no "doesn't work" report by now.

btw, Is this HP dv6408nr laptop?

Thanks,

Michael
