not sure if you mention the GNU C# compiler there btw, might be helpful to some people (compiles C# to native code, without dependency on .NET [and without having access to .NET libraries - maybe to some stuff they reimplemented - but to the OS APIs instead as usual in C/C++])

Portable.NET is interesting stuff too (different beast from Ximian/Novell's Mono and from the reference CLR implementation or .NET runtime from MS)
