Ahhh.this was my first time using mkisofs.  It did not make sense using
the same bootdisk.bin that was used for a floppy to make the cd
bootable.  Now I see that this is what mkisofs uses and it does not
matter if bootdisk.bin was used for a floppy.

I'll have to experiment some more.  My goal is to eventally create a
bootable cd with all the packages and configuration once my
configuration is static.
