/opt/buildtool-master/staging/bin/gcc-m32 is actually present? It should be 
copied at buildenv building.
But I suspect that now this wrapper isn't needed (this was implemented as 
workaround for cross-compilation in 3.x - which has troubles with toolchain) 
and it can be replaced directly be i486-pc-linux-gcc.
