at reboot make me squirrelly:

And...ah-ha! Bug in echowall.rules. At line 180:
if [ "DHCP_SERVER" != "" ]
Should read:
if [ "$DHCP_SERVER" != "" ]
I'll post 1.21 ASAP. Very weird that a broken "if" statement
like that doesn't throw an error for everyone (like, errr, me)...
