Although I'm not 100% sure of the syntax, I have tried the following as
well...

INTERN_SERVERS="tcp_216.201.149.162_1494_192.168.1.202_1494"

But this seems to have not worked either

You appear to have some Dachstein experience so here's a very very brief
description:

lrcfg -> 1 -> 1 (Network Configuration)
Adjust the variables: EXTERN_TCP_PORTS, EXTERN_UDP_PORTS and
INTERN_SERVERS (or INTERN_xxx_SERVER where xxx is one of the services).
Backup and restart services.
